THANKFUL

This season I am particularly thankful for my family.  Life has been a bit stressful lately.  School has been rough this year for various reasons.  Our basement rennovation and bedroom switcharoo has added some stress.  And we've been busy, really busy lately.  So after a particularly hard day at work a few weeks ago Madelyn's teacher told me I needed to go look at her artwork in the hallway.  This is what I found...

In the picture, I cut off the top of the mayflower to get in all the words.

I am thankful for having a good life, my pets, and my mom and dad.

I cannot tell you how these two small pieces of kindergarten work melted my heart.  She is such a sweet girl.  Matt and I are so lucky to have her and to have each other.  We are definitely taking time to enjoy the many blessings in our lives!

Wishing each of you a wonderful Thanksgiving full of family, friends, and fellowship!
